Great client service

I ordered a BBQ for my son online and had it delivered to their address. All went very smoothly, and they were very happy with the purchase. 18 days afterwards the item is now on auction and information technology's £100 cheaper. Costco have a price aligning request organisation, which I have just used. This has been canonical and the difference in price will exist refunded to me. Well done Costco!

Online service is awful

In store feel is usually expert just online ordering is awful. Terrible customer service and if/when your delivery really turns upwards you are presented with the near unprofessional delivery drivers you could ever meet. Just avert their online offer completely.


v twelvemonth warranty on Television receiver useless if you can't get through to Concierge Services

We took out the 5 year warranty on our LG TV. The remote control cycle no longer works and so you can't click on OK to select channels etc. Take waited over an hour to get through to their Concierge Service but keeps saying yous are in a queue. No one else at Costco can help and when I went back to customer services they said I would need to speak to LG anyway every bit it was under a twelvemonth. Number given for LG had me in a queue again and said they had reduced staff considering of Covid. If TV goes wrong I don't call up we'll get through then either. Information technology looks similar we volition have to buy a new remote control.


I usually have no issues with Costco

I usually have no problems with Costco, simply now I have ordered a Goggle box online, am having issues with the commitment, which is carried out by a company called Kinetic Logistics.
I received a message, from the delivery visitor, telling me they take my item and are arranging the delivery, and hope to deliver within v days, which I thought was just a worst case scenario, equally they have my particular so should just evangelize it.
Needless to say, 6 days later I receive another bulletin apologising and saying they will hopefully contact me within 2 days to adjust commitment.
Why do they not just deliver it, if they have it?
I have tried asking Costco if they think this is an acceptable level of service, but get no real answer, simply an amends,
At the end of the solar day information technology is Costco that choses to use this company, and judging by other reviews, know what they are like, so the blame lays solely with them

I accept ordered an Iphone 13 Pro from them worth 1200£ and never arrived to me and they are refusing to become me a refund. Atrocious visitor and awful customer care… don't recommend anyone to buy from them…


Terrible online service.

With heavy middle I'm am leaving this review. My terminal grocery delivery was the worse every. Missing items, cleaved detail and duplicate items. Honest Staff

Had an eye exam at Glasgow Costco, staff where quick and professional, also told me I needed reading glasses, just to consider some over the counter ones from Poundland as opposed to paying a premium at the opticians. Very honest and squeamish to run across in this mean solar day and historic period. Not certain all opticians would have been as honest.

I asked for a faulty bed to be collected.
Although when delivered the bed was made, they have no facility to dis-assemble the bed.
I confirmed that I wanted information technology collecting on the 24th March.
However waiting for the bed visitor to even contact me on the fourth April because the return request was not put in until the 30th when I rang to inquire what the delay was.
I had to pay to become someone to dismantle it and it is now taking up the flooring in my living room. I have to practice a crab like movement to get on my sofa. I have nearly fallen over information technology four times!
A faulty bed and I have had to pay money to go rid of information technology and All the same waiting nearly 2 weeks later. The a snotty client service man tells me "it'south non similar collecting a toaster"
Besides had a Grande Keter Storage from Costco.
The piston arm that lifts the lid stopped working after iii weeks of use. They asked me to dismantle a huge storage that took ages to build and go it returned so they could send out another for me to build again! How ridiculous!! For a faulty arm!
I refused and told them to just send me a piston arm in the post. Not rocket science!
After several calls chasing to run across what was happening I decided to just call Ketter and ask them for a replacement arm. They did immediately and I had it delivered the side by side twenty-four hour period.
DO Not Purchase Whatsoever Big ITEMS IF THEY NEED Edifice. THEIR CUSTOMER CARE TEAM ARE USELESS.
Half of them are still working from home and say because of that they can't practice things.
I asked to speak to a manager. They said 24-48 hours. After iii days I reminded them I was all the same waiting. All I can say is when he eventually rang information technology was not worth the await! He sounded like he had just woke upwards and was as much use every bit a chocolate fire guard. He sounded similar he didn't give a south**t.
He sounded more than clueless than the telephone operators.
Read the other reviews and you will run across how pathetic their customer support is.


Very disappointed with the client…

Very disappointed with the customer service and product. I ordered a prescription glasses from Costco Thurrock. Not long later while wearing my glasses, the lense fell off because the frame had come autonomously. I took the glasses to Costco and information technology was fixed but not done properly becos few days later while walking into Costco thurrock the lense came off again. Luckily I was in Costco so I give them the spectacles and told them I was fed up with it and that they have to change the frame every bit I wasn't confident with the glasses anymore. I was told someone would call me the adjacent mean solar day. I didn't get a phone call afterward a week then I went to Costco to find out what was happening with my glasses. The way the assistant managing director present past the name Jack dealt with information technology was awful. I left Costco very deplorable and disappointed. They looked downwards at me and judged the situation by the colour of my skin. What a racist arrangement. The matter still haven't been resolved. Very disappointed.


Admittedly terrible customer services

Absolutely terrible customer services! It's been weeks since I placed my order, it got lost in transit. Even though Hermes have told them information technology'south lost and to result me my refund I'g still chasing them with telephone calls and emails. Honestly non worth the few pennies y'all salvage on only some items! Get meliorate management Costco!

Awful experience, took my card away

Overall I thought this shop was ok, staff wouldn't stand out but I had no complaints. The fresh food counter was overnice, although the queues to the nutrient court are e'er ridiculous - at to the lowest degree 30 minutes waiting in the queue, then 10 min waiting for food - that's a minimum 40 minutes to get food.

There'southward no family parking simply all parking spots are wider than in all other shops.

It would all be ok simply I've had such a bizarre experience yesterday:
I work during the day, so my wife took my menu to get some nappies, babe food and petrol.
At the archway, a young daughter said she tin't let my wife in every bit I'm not with her, but advised to speak to customer service and they might allow her to do shopping.
Over ten minutes waiting in a queue, viii months pregnant with our 2 year old daughter, another young girl behind the desk said that the card is non-transferable and she can't do shopping.
Then she asked my wife to telephone call me every bit she wanted to speak with me, she told me over the phone the aforementioned matter and then hung up. After that she took my card away and said I'll have to come in person and get a new card. My wife was upset and just left. Fortunately she however had some petrol in the tank to get dorsum home.

I had to bulldoze 5 miles again but to wait in the queue. I spoke to the same girl that took the bill of fare away before. I've asked her a few times why did she take the card and canceled it but she merely avoided answering. She just printed the new carte, did not apologize for wasting our time, nil.

I practise empathise that the menu is non-transferable but why make information technology and so hard? Just say at the entrance:"Pitiful, you lot can't exercise shopping without the carte possessor" - and that would exist fine.
What's the point in asking pregnant women to stand in the queue only to take my card away so make me come to the shop and wait in the queue for the customer service once more and so they can impress me a new card? WHY? If the card was stolen, then sure, you take it off - just you knew it was my wife as she explained before and and then I told yous over the phone it was my wife when yous asked her to call me.

Merely awful experience, fourth dimension wasters showing no empathy and practice not care nigh customers, expect no apologies.


Horrible hotdog!

I bought a hotdog and only to realise you guys changed the saussage!!! the but reason i came today was for luncheon because i havent had one in a while and, yous ruined it!! The new saussage is horrible! Change it back!! #NewCoscoSaussagesSuck #ChangeItBack

The Kirkland Signature Beef Dinner Frankfurters are a global item which unfortunately are currently severely impacted past global shipping delays.

We have had to temporarily end offer them in our Food Courts for this reason, every bit we are unable to import stock into the UK at this point in time.

Poor Client Service

Ordered via the website on 22/02/2022 and expected delivery a few days subsequently. It is at present over a month later on, 28/03/2022 and I take still not received my order or a refund. Parcel force take not even attempted to evangelize or brand contact if they were having difficulty finding the states. I accept called Costco 5-6 times to advise and each time told they demand to speak to Parcelforce before they tin issue a refund. Promised call backs only they don't materialise so I'1000 without my gild and my money! I would think again before ordering from the Costco website in future.
